Already my second time in this hotel in one year and I really recommend it - Very clean rooms - Quite comfortable to be, with plastic cutleries and plates are available all day long in breakfast area in case you order food. Also free coffee is available all day long. There are vending machines to get water and soda as well. - Free breakfast is very nice, it has warm things like egg and cheese - Good location, walking distance to a few restaurants around the hotel. Close to bus stop to the center - Ambience is nice, it has a character with the gazebo, pool table, and overall interior architecture

Property was clean, staff was helpful needed a sewing kit for daughters dress amazing young lady assisted me promptly. Housekeeping amazing. And breakfast bar clean stocked food delicious and the lady who provided service for breakfast is so nice and particular about cleanliness of the area and kept food stocked. She’s great! We would stay here again exceptional hotel. Overall great stay and an amazing staff providing great customer service that’s hard to get nowadays.

Ann Arbor Regent was an excellent hotel. It was very convenient to access from the highway and still close enough to downtown to go enjoy the nightlife. The facility was really clean and the staff was very nice and pleasant. I didn't use the indoor pool and hot tub but I certainly will next time I visit Ann Arbor. The room I had was big enough and quiet enough and the beds were super-comfortable.

Walking through the corridor, we were always greeted by one of their friendly employees and the concierge is very professional. Everyone seemed happy to be there which makes for a comfortable stay.
